it arrived in good condition, there was no damage. it came in approximately a month, (2/ 30 days). this is my first time purchasing biodegradable toothbrushes. I am trying to be more eco friendly and more aware of my surroundings and how I impact earth. the easiest thing to do is to just swap your every day essentials, it's not even that expensive compared to a normal toothbrush, quite cheap. I ordered 5 random colours. I only opened one as shown in the pictures ( it was multi coloured, rainbow) I don't know about the rest. I'll update it once I open the rest and once I try it. the bristles are synthetic, they may be plastic but at least the handle is bamboo, I also like how the packaging is not made out of plastic therefore it can be recycled. the bristles aren't very soft but they aren't so so hard. I think they're rigid/ medium, maybe in between? I encourage everyone to be more eco friendly and go "green" in ways that they can help the earth be a better place. thank you seller! ☺️
