Товар пришёл быстро, заказным письмом. В комплекте к прибору было две насадки, инструкция на английском и провод для зарядки. Товар хорошо запакован, повреждений нет. Полностью соответствует описанию. Доставкой довольна, а вот в деле штука оказалась бесполезной. Эффекта ноль)) с салонной чисткой сравнивать неуместно. Ну и плюс, если бы скребок был ровный было бы удобнее, а он с выемкой. Если хотите эффект, то не советую этот прибор.
