Размеры от оочень маленького и слишком мягкого - для детей наверное. до очень даже объемного.Надо привыкать, и конечно если нос забит не поможет. на счет храпа не понятно конечно чем поможет, брала из за проблем носа. Жесткие пластмасски не пошли отекший нос не принял, больно. Эти норм, хотя ооочень не обычные ощущения.
